3. Scope and purpose of data collection, data storage, data processing and deletion:
We proceed according to the minimization requirement. This means that we only collect, store and process personal data that are absolutely necessary for the operation of the online offer (website), the contacting and processing of possible inquiries or bookings. The use of the website is basically possible without the input of personal data or the creation of a user account. Excluded from this is your IP address (see 3.1), which is transmitted for technical reasons and possible personal data that is collected in the process of usage tracking (see 3.5).
3.1 Transmission of IP addresses:
The transmission of your IP address to our server is unavoidable for technical reasons. Without this “communication” between the server and your IP address, the website can not be displayed (Art.6 No.1 GDPR). IP-addresses are stored in the log files of the server and deleted cyclically, automatically. It is not possible for us to identify your person via your IP-address.
3.2 Contact by e-mail, telephone or letter:
We provide on the website an e-mail address, telephone numbers and a postal address to contact. The transmission of personal data by e-mail, telephone or post letter from your side is optional and voluntary. The transmitted data will be stored and processed to process your contact and your request. By voluntary transmission, your consent is deemed granted.

4.3 Right to erasure and deletion:
You have the right to delete the data known to us at any time. Excluded from this is data that must be retained in order to fulfill legal requirements relating to the business activity. Simply send us a an deletion order by e-mail.
4.4 Right to objection / Right to restriction of processing:

We don’t use any third-party-services on our website.
6. Order data processing:

We have concluded corresponding contracts with our contract processors in accordance with the legal regulations and have also obliged them to maintain secrecy about personal data that has become known.
